Jay is a media tech specialist with over 15 years of experience. His core expertise lies in driving revenue growth, partnerships and customer success for global enterprises.
At Amagi, Jay is responsible for further solidifying the company’s global leadership position across both streaming and broadcast spectrums, especially the rapidly growing Free Ad Supported Streaming TV (FAST) market by creating partnerships with TV networks, content owners, advertisers and video distribution platforms. He is currently based out of Singapore.
Roger Tong has over 30 yearsʼ experience in the communications sector. As CEO of AsiaSat, he has been instrumental to transforming the company’s infrastructure-driven business model into a fully integrated customer-centric one, expanding service offerings through partnerships, and encouraging entrepreneurship and innovation. Under his guidance, AsiaSat has developed a new orbital slot to serve the mobility market, rolled out managed services for the maritime sector and a broadcast-grade video live streaming service. Roger was made a Fellow of the Canadian Academy of Engineering in 2020.
Henry joined our Group on 2 May 2008 as Chief Operating Officer and was appointed Chief Executive Officer on 1 February 2019. He was redesignated as Group Chief Executive Officer on 1 April 2020 and directs the company’s vision to be Malaysia’s undisputed entertainment destination.

Ana is Head of Strategy for BBC Studios Asia, responsible for developing and defining the Asia growth strategy across the global distribution businesses in South East Asia, India, Japan and Korea. She also oversees the expansion and rollout of BBC Player, BBC Studios’ authenticated on demand streaming service.
Previously, Ana was the research lead for BBC Studios Asia, responsible for audience measurement and insights, providing deeper understanding of the Asian audiences to drive the performance of BBC channels and the overall BBC brand value.
Phil Hardman is the General Manager for BBC Studios Asia based in Singapore. He is responsible for developing and delivering the Asia growth strategy across the global distribution businesses in South East Asia, India, Japan and South Korea. In his role as GM for Asia, Phil leads the regional commercial teams across all lines of distribution including linear and digital branded services, regional and global content distribution and consumer products.

Mani Pathang Eswaran is the COO of Benchmark, has over 25 years of experience in steering complex and high value engineering and broadcast projects. He has been in the broadcast and media industry for the last 12 years managing projects in South and South East Asia. Prior to the Broadcast Avatar, Eswar worked in software and embedded systems, process automation, expert systems, Image processing software in semiconductor industry, thus bringing varied process discipline and knowledge to the company. His primary focus is on technology and project management, combined with service quality that meets the customer expectations.
With his rich experience in technology, media and telecommunications, intellectual property, and private equity, Kaushik brings to the table domain knowledge and acute legal acumen. Kaushik advises international and domestic clients on mandates ranging across policy advisory, compliance and regulations, and media and technology-related documentation including licensing, distribution, and revenue sharing agreements. He is closely engaged with the Entrepreneurship and Start-up Practice of the Firm.
Peter Choe is the CEO and founder of Blintn, the world’s largest B2B database in film, TV, and IP including novels and comics. Blintn also manages an investment fund which focusses on Asian content and has a slate of Korean shows in preproduction. A graduate of Yonsei University (Business Administration and Law) he is a seasoned media and entertainment attorney. Choe also served as the Korea’s representative for Golden Equator Group, a Singaporean venture capital/private equity firm.
Sophia Yuen is the Head of APAC of Video and Audio for Bloomberg Media. She leads the video and audio distribution for Bloomberg’s TV networks, CTV apps, radio and podcasts and manages content partnerships and business development opportunities across the region. Previously, Sophia was the Head of Content and Distribution at ITV overseeing the content strategy and distribution of the international products including linear channel and VOD contents for the global markets.
Vikram Tanna is a passionate advocate for the use of AI and blockchain technology to transform the entertainment industry. He is currently the CEO of Mzaalo (Xfinite), a blockchain-powered entertainment ecosystem. Vikram has launched and built mass adoption for Mzaalo, the world’s first gamified video streaming dApp that rewards users for their time and attention. He has held leadership roles at consumer-centric global entertainment ecosystems such as Discovery, Disney Star, and Viacom in the past. Vikram is also an alumnus of ISB, Hyderabad, and a mentor to start-ups such as Algorand Miami Accelerator, Moonbeam Accelerator and Algorand Accelarate.
As one of the most influential Asian executives in Hollywood, Daniel Seah plays a vital role in shaping strategic development for the award-winning visual effects (VFX) studio Digital Domain. He has also led Digital Domain in the introduction of pioneering technologies which brought revolutionary changes to transportive experiences, including the ground-breaking Virtual Humans.

Before coming to True, he has had extensive management experience in leading global technology, entertainment, & consumer products companies including Microsoft, Sony Music, Disney, Coca-Cola, & Philip Morris.
David Couret is Director of Technical Solutions for Distribution at France 24. After 5 years at BT Media & Broadcast, he joined the channel in 2006 in the early stages of the project and set-up the EMEA and then worldwide satellite distribution network. Since 2016, he has worked on the migration of France 24 channels to HD broadcast. Since 2018, David has also worked on the new OTT applications for TV screens and operators STB.
Mr Derek Choi is the Managing Director, HKT Home Group of HKT Limited. He is responsible for the business of multi home solutions through NETVIGATOR broadband, fixed line and the Eye, Now TV, Smart Living and online education services in Hong Kong.
Before his present appointment, Mr Choi was responsible for the overall strategy development, operation and profitability of Pay TV. He had been with Now TV for over 18 years and has a proven track record in leading the successful business growth of Now TV.
Dr. Keith Huang is a seasoned executive possessing comprehensive expertise in the media and telecommunications sectors. In his present capacity as Senior Vice President – Head of Technology, Ecosystem and OTT at HKT, as well as Marketing Director of Smart Charge by HKT & CLP, he spearheads growth, transformation, and innovation initiatives within both organisations.

As INVIDI’s APAC VP Sales/GM, he spearheads the introduction of the cross-video ad technology, merging both linear and online TV inventories. Nick has a Bachelors Degree in E&E Engineering (Hons) from USM and Big Data Engineering for Analytics Certificate from NUS.
Miguel Bielich is the Global Director of Product Marketing at Irdeto. With more than 20 years of international experience, Miguel specializes in marketing and product strategy. Prior to joining Irdeto, Miguel worked at Liberty Global and Liberty Latin America across a variety of product, marketing, and business operations roles. His day-to-day duties at Irdeto include formulating marketing strategies, defining value propositions, and creating and executing go-to-market activities for Irdeto’s Video Entertainment business.
Kelvin joined iQIYI International in 2020 as VP of International Business Department (IBD) and GM of iQIYI Thailand. He has extensive experience in business strategy, business planning, and market entry. He has developed pay TV, broadband and video strategies for platforms and content providers. His team has undertaken primary research on changing viewing habits in 10 markets in Asia. He is also an executive coach and mentor to executives in media and telecoms.

Luke Smith has led the Programmatic arm of the Seven Network Digital Sales team since inception in 2017. With BVOD the fastest growing medium in Australia – Programmatic is the predominant means for advertisers to reach those audiences – with 75% of all impressions traded through a DSP. After many years honing their programmatic approach, it culminated at Seven’s coverage of the Tokyo Olympics, which was Australia’s biggest ever digital streaming event. The result being a gold medal performance for Audiences, Advertisers and Seven.
Prior to joining Studio Dragon, Park was co-head of Warner Bros. Korea’s Local TV Production Division, where he led content strategy, development and production efforts. He was also co-founder and vice president of US based OTT platform DramaFever, where he oversaw content strategy and content acquisitions. Hyun has over 20 years of media, corporate development and M&A experience globally. At Studio Dragon, CJENM’s scripted television subsidiary, he spearheaded the company’s international expansion through original productions and co-productions with major studios and OTT platforms. Hyun is currently a Producer and Advisor to Studio Dragon.
Prof. Dr. Pirongrong Ramasoota, Commissioner at Thailand’s National Broadcasting and Telecommunications Commission
Prior to joining NBTC, Dr. Ramasoota was vice president of Chulalongkorn University in Bangkok, Thailand. As professor of Communication at the university, she researched and taught in media policy and regulation and social implications of information and communication technologies (ICTs) with a special focus on Thailand and ASEAN.
At the NBTC, she aims to promote a sustainable communication ecosystem that enhances content quality as well as social role of the media, while boosting innovation and economic viability of the industry.
Doug Choy is GM of Inventory Development at The Trade Desk, a global demand-side platform in the $5B programmatic advertising industry. In his role, Doug is responsible for building strategic partnerships with leading media companies and supply-side platforms in China, Japan, Korea, Hong Kong, and Taiwan.
Doug brings over 15 years of industry-related experience in partnership roles at leading advertising technology companies including Oath (Yahoo Asia Pacific), Exponential (TribalFusion), and Conversant (Commission Junction).
Doug holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering with a minor in Management Information Systems from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
Desmond is Deputy General Manager (Legal and International Operations) of TVB, responsible for international operations and legal and regulatory matters of the Hong Kong’s leading television station. He joined TVB in May 2010. Desmond has had extensive experience in television and telecommunications industries. He worked at Asia Television Limited and i-Cable Communications Limited from 1994 to 2010. Desmond is also General Manager of TVBI.
After working in the USA, Czech Republic and Taiwan, Mr. Muller joins TV5MONDE in 1997. He successfully heads several positions within the group before taking over the Asia-Pacific Department in 2004.
Since 2007, he is based in Hong Kong as TV5MONDE’s Managing Director for Asia-Pacific.

Clarissa Tanoesoedibjo is the Managing Director of Vision+, MNC Group’s Subscription-based OTT platform. She started off as a Programming Deputy Director in MNC Vision Networks in April 2020 for MNC Vision, MNC Play, Vision+ and Vision+ TV, overseeing programming and productions for 13 in-house MNC Channels. She also led the Original Content Productions arm for Vision+ under the production house, Vision Pictures, that specifically produces original content for Vision+. She is also a Commissioner in Migo Indonesia and a Director in Anak Muda Group.
Marianne Lee has held senior leadership positions in content acquisition, curation, production, marketing, social media, research, and change management. Before her current appointment as Chief of Content Acquisition and Development at regional streamer Viu, she worked for WarnerMedia leading Marketing & Brand Services with the primary focus of driving subscriptions for HBO Go. Prior to this, she built a from-the-ground-up general entertainment department at Turner where she defined and executed content and channel strategy. She has also worked for NBCUniversal, Sony Pictures Entertainment Networks Asia, and TVB in Hong Kong.
Cheong Shin Keong (SK) is Vice-Chairman of Viu TV, a free-to-air broadcaster in Hong Kong that has been innovating local TV productions in the last 6 years and has produced Hong Kong’s highly successful boy group, Mirror. He is also a director of HK Economic Journal and Deputy Chairman of the HK Management Association as well as an Independent Non-Executive Director of Bossini International Holdings.
SK served over three decades in Television Broadcasts Limited (TVB) with his last role as General Manager and Executive Director. At TVB, he led the development of its advertising business models, the introduction of high definition digital terrestrial TV broadcasting and also developed the formative years of the MyTV / MyTV Super streaming service. Prior to TVB, he was a veteran of the advertising industry focussing on media.
Ivy Wong is the founder of VS Media, a Next Generation Media Company built by millennials for millennials. VS has over 1,000 content creators with a 200M fanbase, with offices in China, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Singapore. Over a 20 year period, first in a role as Asia’s Senior Director of Global Sales at Yahoo! And then as Chief Operating Officer of TVB.com, CEO of Next Mobile Limited, Ivy has led three media brands into the top digital position in Asia.
Jeeyoung Lee is SVP of Content Strategy for Asia Pacific and General Manager of Japan and South Korea at Discovery, Inc. Based in Seoul, Lee leads Content Strategy for Asia Pacific and also oversees Discovery’s businesses in South Korea and Japan as the global media company builds further scale and differentiation across the region. Prior to Discovery, Lee held other regional senior executive roles at New Regency Productions, FOX Network Group, Endemol Shine Group, Viacom International and CJ Entertainment & Media.

John Dykes is Asia’s most high-profile football presenter and analyst. The host of Fox Sports’ “The John Dykes Show”, which airs during primetime, three nights a week, John has been a firm favourite with Asian football fans for more than 20 years. Before joining Fox, he spent seven years in the UK, anchoring the Premier League’s worldwide content service. John’s TV career began at TVB in Hong Kong and included a 13-year stint with ESPN STAR Sports.
Louis Boswell is the Chief Executive Officer of the Asia Video Industry Association. As CEO, his remit is to lead the industry through championing all broad based initiatives that result in a more vibrant and healthy video ecosystem. This includes being at the forefront of industry research, supporting evolving business models, understanding the role of technology, representing the industry in conversations with regulators and taking a leading role in eliminating piracy.
As Snr. Advisor, Greg’s remit includes leading the curation of AVIA events and conferences as well as membership development and engagement. He was most recently Chief Corporate Communications and Marketing executive at Warner Bros. Discovery for the media conglomerate’s entire portfolio of brands, services and businesses across Asia Pacific. Prior to that he held leadership roles including overseeing Marketing, Communications, Creative Services, Ad Sales, Distribution, Research and Network Management at Sony Pictures Entertainment Asia, CNBC Asia / Asia Business News and Mediacorp Singapore.
John Medeiros is a Senior Consultant to AVIA on video industry policy issues. For nearly two decades until 2021 he was AVIA’s Chief Policy Officer. In that role, he led the Association’s program of engagement with governments and the policy community inside and outside Asia. AVIA’s advocacy of members’ interests, and ongoing dialogue with a wide range of regulatory officials on behalf of the pay-TV industry were under his direction. Now, he advises AVIA’s leadership on government relations and policy issues.
